- Advises on which teams and leagues fit the player best.
- Helps evaluate coaching staff, ice time, development focus, and culture.
- Assists with tryout prep and decision-making.
College Planning:
- Explains NCAA rules, timelines, and eligibility.
- Helps position players for college commitments.
- Guides families on academic fit, scholarships, and roster realities.
Family Support:
- Acts as a trusted sounding board for parents and players
- Helps manage stress, expectations, and big decisions
- Advocates for the player’s best long-term interests, not quick wins
